Neither a borrower nor a lender be

Today's One Point Wiki Wiki e-Xpression is another Shakespeare quote, “ Neither a borrower nor a lender be".

It means, according to my Father:
“Don’t borrow anything that you can not afford to buy if you lose it or break it.”
“Don’t lend anything that you are not willing to give if it is not returned.”

Honouring Shakespeare’s Birthday - this one is from Hamlet.
